"Jay exemplifies everything you want in a Realtor. He is knowledgeable, responsive, shrewd, and above all else trustworthy and honest. He never pressured us to make an offer or buy a particular house, and was willing to offer meaningful feedback regarding market values. A true real estate professional that I would recommend to anyone!"

Jay Villella grew up in Erie Pennsylvania and decided to make Pittsburgh home when his wife Elise was selected as a PhD candidate in Math at the University of Pittsburgh in 2013. Jay holds degrees from the University of Rochester and Yale University. He was recruited into the real estate business in 2014.
Jay continues to perform and teach a wide variety of music. He believes his training and experience in music has given him an advantage as a Realtor in the sense that he is a careful listener who is always searching for a harmonious outcome in every negotiation.
When not working, Jay enjoys playing basketball, lifting, and swimming at the Chatham University athletic center. Jay is also a volunteer GED tutor for the Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council. He and his wife Elise enjoy spending time with family and friends and are continuously repairing and renovating their 85 year old home on the east side of Pittsburgh.
